Why getting Entra ID right from the start matters

Entra ID isn’t just an authentication service — it’s the foundation that every other Microsoft 365 service depends on. Misconfigured conditional access policies leave gaps that attackers actively probe. Weak or inconsistently enforced MFA creates accounts that are one phishing email away from compromise. Ungoverned guest access means external users may retain permissions long after a project ends.
