# Azure Architecture, Migration & Optimization Services

> Scalio Cloud architects, migrates, and optimizes Azure environments for Microsoft-powered enterprises — from initial design through production cutover.

Moving to Azure or optimizing an existing Azure environment requires careful planning, deep technical knowledge, and a security-first mindset. Scalio Cloud's Azure practice delivers architecture blueprints, migration execution, and post-migration optimization so your cloud investments deliver results — not just lift-and-shift copies of the problems you already had on-premises.

## What we deliver

**Azure Architecture Design.** We design Azure environments that are built to scale and governed from the start. That means landing zone design, hub-and-spoke networking, subscription and management group governance, resource group strategy, and consistent naming and tagging standards — all documented and ready for your team to operate.

**Cloud Migration.** We take your workloads from on-premises to Azure with minimal disruption. The process covers a thorough assessment of your current environment, migration waves planning to sequence workloads by risk and dependency, Azure Migrate-led execution, application cutover coordination, and rollback planning so you always have a safety net.

**Azure Optimization.** After migration, we make sure you're getting the most from your Azure spend. We right-size VMs and PaaS services based on actual utilization, model Reserved Instance commitments, remediate Azure Advisor recommendations, and enforce cost governance guardrails with Azure Policy.

**Infrastructure as Code.** Every environment we build is codified. We deliver Terraform and Bicep templates for repeatable, governed deployments — so your infrastructure is version-controlled, reviewable, and reproducible from day one.

## Our Azure migration approach

    We inventory your current environment — on-premises servers, databases, network dependencies, and application tiers. Every workload is scored for cloud readiness, and dependencies are mapped so nothing surprises you mid-migration.

  <Step title="Design">
    We create your target-state Azure architecture with security and governance controls built in from the start. You receive a detailed design document covering networking, identity, compute, storage, and policy — reviewed and signed off before a single resource is deployed.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Migrate">
    We execute migration waves with minimal downtime using Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Database Migration Service. Each wave is tested in a staging environment before production cutover, and rollback procedures are in place for every workload.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Optimize & Operate">
    Once you're in Azure, we right-size resources based on real workload data, implement monitoring and alerting baselines, and hand over to your team with full documentation, runbooks, and a knowledge-transfer session.
